Early Life

Aram Avetiki Sargsyan, known professionally as Aram Mp3, was born on April 5, 1984, in Yerevan, Armenia. From a young age, he was actively involved in choirs and theatrical performances, showcasing his artistic talents early on. He pursued higher education at Yerevan State Medical University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in pharmacy in 2006. During his university years, Aram also participated in the KVN comedy show, initially competing among Armenian universities and later joining the Armenian team Ararat in Moscow.

Career

Aram's career took off in 2006 when he co-founded the comedy show 32 Teeth (32 ատամ), where he gained popularity for his humorous covers of well-known songs, earning him the nickname "Aram Mp3". His comedic talents led him to win the Armenia 1's 2 Stars (2 աստղ) TV show in 2007. As he transitioned into music, he began performing in jazz and blues clubs, recording songs, and producing music videos. He hosted several popular TV formats, including X-Factor and Hay Superstar, which further elevated his fame. In 2013, Aram focused more on his music career, releasing singles like "Shine" and "If I Tried". His big break came when he was selected to represent Armenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 with his song "Not Alone", which finished in fourth place.

Personal Life

Aram married Anna Margaryan in April 2008, and they welcomed their son, Arno, in June 2011. Balancing his family life with a flourishing career, Aram Mp3 continues to be a prominent figure in the Armenian music and entertainment scene, known for his unique blend of music and comedy.
