Hannah Louise Spearritt was born in Great Yarmouth, England, and began her artistic journey at a young age. At just 12 years old, she joined the Lowestoft Players amateur dramatics society, where she starred in a production of "Annie." By 1998, she made her television debut in the film "The Cater Street Hangman."

Career

Spearritt's career took a significant turn when she auditioned for the pop group S Club in 1998. As an original member, she contributed to the group's massive success, which included four UK number one singles and a number one album. Over five years, S Club sold over fourteen million albums worldwide, with their sound evolving from 90s pop to a more dance and R&B style in their later works. Spearritt led tracks like "Dance Dance Dance" and "Hey Kitty Kitty," and the group won multiple BRIT Awards, solidifying their place in pop history. Beyond music, she is also known for her acting roles, particularly as Abby Maitland in the sci-fi series "Primeval" and appearances in shows like "Casualty" and "EastEnders."
