Early Life

Mike Pirompron, born Phornphirom Pinthapakang on July 8, 1966, in Ta Muang village, Udon Thani Province, Thailand, hails from the Isan region. He is the son of Som and Sonklin and completed his secondary education before embarking on a career in music.

Career

Mike began his musical journey in 1995 with the release of his debut album, "Kan Lang Kor Lao." Over the years, he has become a prominent figure in the luk thung and mor lam genres, known for his powerful voice and engaging performances. His discography includes popular albums such as "ชุดด้วยรักแด่ครูสลา 1" and "ชุดด้วยรักแด่ครูสลา 2," showcasing his artistic versatility. Notably, he is recognized as the first luk thung singer to have his music played on a Thai Airways flight, marking a significant milestone in his career. In addition to his music, Mike ventured into acting, making his television debut in 2001 in the series "Nai Hoy Tamin."

Mike is married and is a proud father of two daughters.
