Haley Loraine Keeling, known professionally as Haley Bennett, was born on January 7, 1988, in Fort Myers, Florida. Her parents, Leilani and Ronald Keeling, had a unique love story, having met in church and hitchhiked to Florida while Leilani was pregnant. With a diverse heritage that includes German-Romanian and Lithuanian ancestry from her mother and Scottish roots from her father, Bennett's upbringing was anything but conventional. After her parents divorced when she was six, she moved to Ohio with her father, who opened an automobile repair shop. This nomadic lifestyle, moving frequently between Ohio and Florida, shaped her childhood, leading her to describe it as "nomadic" and filled with adventures in rural and suburban settings.

Career

Bennett's career took off with her film debut in the romantic comedy "Music and Lyrics" (2007), where she played the role of popstar Cora Corman. Despite her promising start, she faced challenges in breaking through in Hollywood.
