Jason Orange

Early Life

Jason Thomas Orange was born on July 10, 1970, in Manchester, England, just moments before his twin brother, Justin. He pursued his education at South Trafford College, where he studied A-Level English from 2001 to 2003, followed by an Access to Higher Education course covering biology, history, and psychology, although he did not attend university.

Career

Orange's career began in the mid-1980s as a member of the Manchester-based breakdance crew, Street Machine, which won the Manchester round of the UK Breakdancing Championship in 1985. He also showcased his dancing skills on the show "The Hit Man and Her" and was part of a duo called Look Twice. In 1990, he joined the pop group Take That, which became a significant part of his identity. The group enjoyed immense success until their hiatus in 1996. After a brief stint in acting, including a role in the crime drama series "Killer Net" and a leading role in the stage production of "Gob," Orange reunited with Take That in 2005. The band released several successful albums, including "Beautiful World" and "The Circus," and saw the return of Robbie Williams in 2010 for the album "Progress." Orange's contributions included songwriting and lead vocals. He made a cameo appearance in the Channel 4 comedy series "Shameless" in 2013. On September 24, 2014, it was announced that he would retire from the entertainment industry, marking the end of his active career with Take That.

Personal Life

In his personal life, Jason Orange had a brief romantic involvement with singer Lulu in 1993 during the recording of "Relight My Fire" with Take That. Despite his fame, he has maintained a relatively private life following his retirement from the public eye.
