Early Life

Michelle Marie Pfeiffer was born on April 29, 1958, in Santa Ana, California, to Richard Pfeiffer, an air-conditioning contractor, and Donna Jean, a housewife. Growing up in a family with diverse ancestry, she spent her early years in Midway City, California. Pfeiffer graduated from Fountain Valley High School in 1976 and worked as a cashier while attending Golden West College. Her journey into the entertainment industry began after winning the Miss Orange County beauty pageant in 1978, which led her to pursue acting.

Career

Pfeiffer made her acting debut in 1978 with a guest appearance on "Fantasy Island" and quickly transitioned to film with her role in "The Hollywood Knights" (1980).
