The duo aimed to create original music specifically for movie trailers, a niche that would see them become leaders in the industry. Their partnership with Extreme Music facilitated the licensing of their compositions, which were characterized by orchestral and choral elements, often described as "epic music." This unique sound quickly garnered attention, leading to their music being featured in thousands of film trailers and TV commercials.

Public Releases and Growth

Despite their success in the trailer music realm, Two Steps From Hell did not release music to the public until May 2010, with the album "Invincible," which approached Gold record status. Following this, they released a series of albums, including "Illusions," "Archangel," and "SkyWorld," showcasing both new compositions and compilations of their previous works. By January 2017, they had published ten public albums and twenty demonstration albums, amassing nearly 1,000 unique tracks.
