Early Life
Bleona Nazmi Qereti was born on May 14, 1979, in Korçë, Albania, to parents Oli and Nazmi Qereti. She began her musical journey at the tender age of five, joining the House of Pionieri. Despite her parents' encouragement to focus on academics, Bleona pursued her passion for music, landing her first major role as the lead singer for the Skampa Theater at just 14 years old. By 15, she had become a household name in Albania after performing at the Albanian National Music Festival. Her debut single, "Lermëni (Let Me Be Free)," was released in 1996, followed by her first album, "Kam Qejfin Tim (I Run My Own Game)," in 1997.

She gained international recognition by headlining the Humanitarian Tour for the People of Kosovo in 1999 and performing over 80 concerts across Europe from 2000 to 2001.
