LaFee

Early Life

Christina Klein, known by her stage name LaFee, was born on December 9, 1990, in Büsbach, a district of Stolberg, Germany. She grew up in a multicultural household with a German father, Bernd Klein, and a Greek mother, Keriakoulla, alongside her older brother, Andreas. At just nine years old, LaFee began sending demo tapes to television shows, which led to her performing on three different programs. Her breakthrough came in 2004 when she participated in the Kiddy Contest, an Austrian children's singing competition, where she performed a parody of Barry Manilow's "Mandy". This exposure caught the attention of German music producer Bob Arnz, paving the way for her music career.
