Early Life

Olivia Hastings Holt was born on August 5, 1997, in Germantown, Tennessee, to Mark and Kim Holt. She has two siblings and spent her early childhood in Nesbit, Mississippi, after a brief stint in Memphis. At the age of 10, she began her journey in the entertainment industry, appearing in local theater productions and television commercials. In 2011, her family relocated to Los Angeles, where she was homeschooled for part of her education and graduated from Oak Park High School in 2015.

Career

Holt's career took off when she was cast as Kim Crawford in Disney XD's martial arts comedy series "Kickin' It," which premiered in 2011. She became a fan favorite, appearing as a main character for three seasons. After leaving the show, she starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie "Girl vs. Monster" in 2012, showcasing her talent as a lead actress. Following this, she took on the role of Lindy Watson in the Disney Channel series "I Didn't Do It," which aired from 2014 to 2015.

In addition to her acting career, Holt has made significant strides in music, releasing several singles and EPs, including "Olivia" and "In My Feelings." Her music, primarily in the pop genre, has allowed her to express her artistic development further. Holt is signed to Hollywood Records and continues to evolve as both an actress and a singer-songwriter, with notable singles like "Phoenix" and "Generous" contributing to her growing discography.
